Purchaser Eligibility and Representations

By accessing this website, placing an order, or accepting delivery, the purchaser represents, warrants, and agrees that:

1. the purchaser is at least the age of majority and has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

2. the purchaser possesses the qualifications, training, facilities, equipment, permits, licences, and approvals required to safely and lawfully acquire, store, handle, test, use, transport, and dispose of the products;

3. the products are being acquired exclusively for a legitimate and lawful non-clinical research purpose;

4. the purchaser has independently determined that the purchase, possession, importation, transportation, storage, handling, use, and disposal of each product is lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction;

5. the purchaser will not use, direct, recommend, promote, sell, transfer, or supply any product for human or veterinary use;

6. the purchaser will not make therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, cosmetic, or performance-related claims concerning any product;

7. the purchaser will not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, intended use, organization, or jurisdiction;

8. the purchaser will restrict access to trained and authorized personnel and maintain appropriate security, records, storage conditions, and disposal procedures; and

9. the purchaser will immediately notify the seller of any suspected diversion, misuse, adverse incident, regulatory inquiry, or unauthorized resale involving the products.

The seller may request documentation establishing the purchaser’s identity, qualifications, institutional affiliation, intended research use, licences, or other compliance information. Orders may be rejected, cancelled, withheld, or reported where the seller suspects unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or prohibited activity.
